All transactions are processed over a 128-bit encrypted secure channel using Protx, which is approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks. Protx adhere to all APACS standards. In fact Protx meets, and in many cases surpasses, the security standards set out by the banking institutions, so you can feel safe that your transaction is in safe hands.

We will undertake all means possible to prosecute and bring to justice any person(s) who abuse our website, business or our customers.DeliveryPlease make sure that you or someone on your behalf is available to take collection of your delivery. If you miss your delivery you should contact the delivery company directly using the information card that will be left for you.
If all of the items are "In Stock" then your order will be shipped straight away (or the next business day if you placed your order after 1pm, or on Saturday or Sunday). If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will provide an estimate of when we expect to receive new stock from our suppliers.

Returns PolicyYou are protected by the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Every effort is made to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition. Please check your goods thoroughly upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if their is a fault. We will replace products if faults or defects in components or design at time of manufacture are discovered that affect the appearance or make the product unusable or unsafe.
